Caunters in some guise or another has served the people of South East Cornwall for over 150 years. Generations have passed through the doors of our offices seeking help and assistance. This help has taken many forms over the years and we have had to adapt in an ever-changing market. The Partners of this firm have recognised that publicly funded legal services are fast becoming a thing of the past.

For that reason we no longer offer Legal Aid. This was purely a business decision borne from the fact that we wished to give our private clients the overall service they will require and deserve in this new age.
