This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join our. We are looking to recruit a permanent full time, (however part time may be considered), Employment Law Fee Earner to join our busy, forward thinking, recently expanded firm.This role offers the opportunity to be based out of a choice of office location, Coventry, Warwick, Southam or Balsall.

Hi Steve Ford. Was it the solicitor Samantha Chater that changed the details etc on Court papers in your case. Exactly the same thing has happened to me. She told the Family court that I had changed my telephone number for a remote hearing when I hadn't changed my number at all. This excluded me from proceedings. She also knowingly gave a false address for me to the Divorce court whilst sending other correspondence to my correct address, so absolutely no excuses whatsoever.
This forced the divorce through without my knowledge. I only found out I was divorced 18 months after the event when I received documents by accident. I would like to talk to you as our cases are similar. Samantha Chater and BTTJ need exposing for what they are. Absolutely corrupt use at your peril.

If you don't understand about laws and lawyers don't come to this firm. They will mislead you to pursue matters you will not win and they will mislead you to believe an experienced solicitor is dealing with your case when in reality a paralegal is doing it with little supervision from a solicitor, so effectively you are paying someone to learn about law with your case.
When you find out and claim back they will mislead you again so you end up agreeing on an offer that was not benefitial to you. They know to report to the legal obdusman is a time consuming process that few will take so they leverage with this to rip you off.

Me and my partner were first time buyers and we could not recommend BTT&J more. Our solicitor and her secretary Niki and Tracey were fantastic! Always kept us in the loop, even with things we didn't even know were happening, never left us waiting for a response Long and we're honest throughout. Our process did take 20weeks however this was nothing to do with BTT&J, and throughout this period of time Niki and Tracey constantly chased to get us the answers we needed. Will recommend to anyone and everyone! Absolutely fantastic service. They made a stressful & confusing time that little bit easier

Diane was recommended to me by a lovely lady who sources properties for investors. From start to finish Diane & her lovely assistant Sara have been very helpful, professional & dealt with matters very quickly. This property purchase has been the quickest I've encountered! In November 2017 we requested from BTTJ and specifically from Mark Cooper (Solicitor Conveyancing) who was recommended by our broker to handle our first new house purchase. Mark has really completed the whole work package (investigation, contracts, issues and our concerns, 3rd parties involvement, issues with the bank) in an exceptional, professional and very efficient way and delivered our completion date 2 weeks earlier.
