Peter is the founding Managing Director of Bannister Bates Property Lawyers. Prior to this he was the Managing Partner of Bannister Bates Solicitors for 20 years, having first qualified as a Solicitor at a leading city firm in Manchester. Throughout his career Peter has specialised in complex commercial transactions and the development of a large residential estate department of new build sites and plot disposal for large national and international construction companies.He also has an in depth knowledge and expertise in hotel and leisure park sales/purchases and agricultural land transactions.
