Four stars because nobody is 100% perfect. I, and my family, have used Morton Fraser on several occasions mainly for wills and employment matters and we have no complaints. The receptionists are welcoming and efficient and Jack Kerr handled my case quickly and efficiently.

We are a current family client and have been for years. But recently we are not happy on the lack of communication. We have been told someone will be in touch within weeks and weeks have passed and we have sent multiple emails and phone calls and yet no one has bothered to respond or acknowledge our messages or even been in touch with us to give us an update on a current case. We have paid extra for our case to be fast tracked but nothing has been heard. Not professional at all for a respectable firm.

I worked with Helen Donnelly on an employment law issue. She was really approachable, very professional and was great at pointing out and translating legal phrasing. She has a lot of experience in this area and it shows. I'd definitely recommend Helen.
