I want to share my experience with Lawsuit Solicitors and their franchise partner. Their gross negligence cost me thousands in legal fees and months of unnecessary stress. They failed me twice on the exact same case: First, their lawyer failed to explain the risks of signing a PG with the landlord when I signed the lease contract. Because they did not give me proper legal advice, I was left entirely unprotected. Second, they failed to do basic due diligence on an incoming buyer.

They never verified the buyer's financials, which caused the entire deal to collapse at the last minute and wasted four valuable months of my time.Because of their mistakes, I lost my legal fees and achieved absolutely nothing. This firm and their franchise partner are unprofessional and careless.
