I have contacted Truemans for property service. First they didn't acknowledge my emails. Then I was told that someone else will deal with my request, but that person also didn't reply to my email. After new attempts to contact them I received email directly from the manager Michael Trueman saying that "He hopes I find the appropriate help". I have no more words

Used for conveyancing. The office forwarded emails from the buyer's solicitor without comment. We expected help and advice. Perhaps our expectations were too high. We had to pay even though the chain collapsed and were not offered a reduced fee when relaunching on the market, so will not be using again.

We managed to jump into the property market for the first time and we are unsure how the whole process would look like. We decided to use TRUEMANS and it was the best decision we made. Janet Maw has been an excellent conveyance who dealt with the whole process in a very professional manner, replying to all our emails or questions with no delay. Definitely we felt that the situation was under control with her. She had to deal with a few issues within the property which were resolved. Admin office were very polite, kind and very helpful every time we went to the office. Highly recommended Solicitors!

We had an excellent experience with Keshia at Trueman's as she oversaw both the sale of our leasehold flat and our purchase of a house. Keshia was responsive to our queries and reassuring when things seemed to be going awry. I can't help but feel that if all conveyancing solicitors were as diligent as her the market would be a much better place!
