I have been dealing with a number of different solicitors as I handle my late mother's estate and I found Cheyney Goulding to be refreshingly different. Although it was a relatively small matter to sort out - but complicated - they were prompt in responding to and dealing with it and kept me informed when there was a slight delay, I would be happy to use them again.

I found this company very helpful and transparent. They suggested several avenues I could take to resolve my matter and all the possible benefits and difficulties of each choice. Any questions were answered promptly and clearly. All meetings were arranged at our convenience and the overall cost was on the cheaper side of reasonable. As an Executor of my late mother's estate I appointed Cheyney Goulding to advise me on the Inheritance Tax and Probate requirements. Family relationships were strained and the situation required careful handling. Cheyney Goulding brought a high degree of professionalism, patience and sensitivity to the process as they carried out the tax, probate filing requirements and conveyancing services. By acting as the co-ordinator and conduit for communications between the beneficiaries the process was brought to a successful and timely conclusion. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
