Rude and unhelpful staff. Before I was even put through to the correct department the receptionist said "God, this sounds complicated." - Very reassuring. Then, once through to the correct department the assistant became short and argumentative with me when it became apparent they were unable to assist me with the service that I required. I had a few more questions that I wanted to ask to help me know what step to take next, but I was consistently interrupted by the assistant saying "We cannot help you." - My advice is to look elsewhere for a better and more professional service. Very poor.

Awful experience using DG for conveyancing to buy a new build house. Would never use again. Communication was very poor between ourselves and the seller's solicitor. Many times they showed incompetence, leaving us with little confidence throughout the process. They were generally unhelpful with queries, especially when trying to gain clarification around important legal terms. It mostly felt like they're were just out for your money and wanted to rush the job to get it done.

Whilst making the decision to write a will was quite difficult, actually carrying out the process with Davis Gregory was nothing but easy. Their website states "you can be sure of a sensible and practical approach to help you make the right decisions" and that is exactly what we got. Thank you Simon Greener for your professional and friendly approach. In fact we were so impressed with the service we received from Davis Gregory, we recommended them to another family member - who travelled from Bath to use their services!
