Poor company. Totally incompetent. Don't return calls and charge you for services that you didn't agree to then bully you for payment. Better off representing yourself than using these. Can't give zero stars so had to give 1 star which is too high.

Used this service to help my parents with selling their house, and I can not recommended Bray & Bray enough especially Sarrina Mills and Tina Rana conveyancing team. Sarrina was extremely professional, helpful and very efficient. I never do reviews but we were so pleased with their service that I wanted to encourage anyone else looking for a local conveyancing solicitors to recommend this firm.

Avoid! I will never use this company again! I was very disappointed with the service I received from Bray & Bray when moving home. The service was appalling. We did all of the chasing, and over 70% of our calls went unreturned. The levels of communication from Bray & Bray were very poor. We paid thousands of pounds in fees, and got a second rate service that was not value for money.

We realise that there are challenges with COVID, but this was ridiculous. There was a total lack of respect shown to us. At one point, we were told by a member of their staff that other customers were being prioritised due to the Stamp Duty holiday. When I raised this with one of the partners, Amanda, said sent a terse email saying that this wasn't true and effectively implied I was lying. Well, my phone recording disagrees. Utterly appalling service throughout and added to what was an already stressful situation.

What can I say. Initially Felicity was great and professional in regards to my case with drink driving. She listened and understood my circumstances, however after the initial interview with Felicity I was told I would be dealt with by their "most senior legal representative". What I was left with was somebody by name of Jenkins as far as I can recall.

After paying 600 to their firm, the man who represented me could not even pronounce the word 'Dietetics' as this is course I am studying. He did not know anything regarding my case up until the 10 mins before my case where he had a brief conversation with me, totally incompetent, waste of time and money, I could have represented myself if I had know he was going to say nothing to defend me.

Do not use this service as they do not correspond with you nor do they provide an adequate service. I had requested police report which I did not receive also I did not receive correspondence from them until the day of my trial even though they had over 10 days to complete my file. I would say that Bray and Bray are charlatans who take advantage of vulnerable people whilst supplying unreputable and unintelligent members to represent them.

Absolutely brilliant solicitors! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Massive thank you to Amanda S. in supporting us in purchase of our first house. We don't have enough words to express our gratitude for all the support we received. Thank you once again!

Mr Mcgarvey " sorry if spelling that wrong". My defense solicitor was great. Though paid for by the state, Mr Mcgarvey took it upon himself to defend my case thoroughly. He was professional yet very polite and down to earth. He gave me confidence to get through my 3 day trial that ultimately ended being 7 days i may add. Mr McGarvey was there every single day informing me of what was happening every single minuet of the trial.

He would not pass me in the courts without checking I was okay and informing me about my case. Even if he was just repeating himself. Overall I will never not choose bray and bray amazing work and people skills.

Useless. What good is a solicitor that's completely unable to effectively communicate and keep their work on call backs? I contacted their Hinckley office, was told their Leicester office would need to pick it up (dispute), two weeks pass, no response. I call the Leicester office chasing, only to be told they had no record and needed to repeat chapter and verse again, I was told by Helena that Gordon would pick it up and call me back, another week passes, I call back, I'm again told I'll get a call back the following day, a week passes.

I give up. On the basis of this interaction and wasting my time, I'd choose another firm that appreciates the predicament you may be in and can empathise and understand your timescales.

We engaged with Ian Lewis from Bray and Bray when first setting up our company. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fast and really helpful. Would highly recommend.
