Amongst its pages you will see that we actively engage in reviewing the shaping of the law. This is not just through changes to case law consequent on our pursuit of cases to the higher courts (and, as importantly, avoiding higher court judgments on areas of law which are potentially unfavourable to our clients) but also in consultation with Government and other bodies which develop legal policy, regulations and legislation. Our Head of Public Policy, who is a member of the Civil Justice Council co-ordinates our work in this area.
