Report
We contacted Justin Godbolt at Oxford Employment Law when we suspected an employee had committed gross misconduct. Justin was brilliant at advising us through the disciplinary process and the dismissal of the employee. When we received notice of a claim for unfair dismissal, Justin carefully guided us through each step and I am happy to say that we successfully defended against the claim at a tribunal. I cannot recommend Justin enough, he did not put a foot wrong in what was a long and protracted employment case.

Report
Mr Justin Godbolt agreed to act on my behalf regarding a business purchase. The service received from Justin was incredibly prompt and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I have previously recommended Justin to my clients for both corporate and employment law advice, I will continue to do so in the future. Marty Burn was also able to assist on a separate matter, again the service was prompt and the fee was very reasonable.
