I asked Wilson Nesbitt to handle the sale of my late father's house, having used them previously for my own conveyancing some years ago. As before, I found the service to be of the highest standard from making the initial contact right through to completion approximate 9-10 weeks later. Most impressively, and a rarity these days, I received responses to every question I posed within the shortest timescale, and at every step of the process, prompt action was taken, hence the surprisingly quick completion and payment of the proceeds.

From the outset I was extremely impressed with Wilson Nesbitt and I could see why my brother recommended the firm. They were friendly, helpful and professional, and let me know what they needed from me and how they would proceed with my case. They assigned an excellent solicitor who was always easy to contact and provided detailed answers to any questions that I raised. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Terrible solicitors. Advised that all paperwork was in place for property sale with no chain, then put the handover date back at the last minute causing huge expense and inconvenience. Really poor communications and unprofessional.
