I am wishing to purchase a small section of land measuring 1.9m x 3.8m to the north of my property - this area is current wasteland and owned by a joint venture between Permisson Homes and Bellway (known as Lee Bell Developments). Following discussions with the head Land Director a price of J500 has been agreed for this section of land, however I now require a solicitor to act on my behalf in order to complete this land purchase, and therefore would like to request a quotation for this service.
