From Our Website

We specialise in residential conveyancing; family matters, such as divorce, finances and children law; wills and probate administration as well as personal injury litigation. We also act for clients who require a criminal defence solicitor as well as businesses needing advice on commercial property law. Our offices are based in Bolton, Chester, Atherton, Farnworth, Horwich, Middleton and Bury. We have a number of specialist accreditations across each practice area and operate to the Law Society's legal practice quality mark, Lexcel.

The traditions and values, which first established Russell & Russell as an early pioneer of legal services continues to serve us well today. We still provide friendly, professional advice in the manner a traditional high street law firm would, but this is now blended with a 21st Century approach. The practice has grown organically to incorporate nine offices stretching across the North West; three in Bolton and one in Atherton, Bury, Chester, Farnworth, Horwich and Middleton. Although we pride ourselves on being a regional firm, a number of our departments service clients throughout England and Wales.

We help clients across England and Wales and pride ourselves on offering a personal service without confusing them with legal jargon. We work on a no win no fee basis, dealing with all personal injury types ranging from minor incidents to life changing accidents. In addition to being members of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS), a number of our lawyers are members of the Association of Personal Injury Solicitors (APIL). The process of making a compensation claim for a personal injury can be complex and lengthy and you'll no doubt have lots of questions.

If you are a client and we have made a contract with you by electronic means (website, email, etc.) you may be entitled to use an EU online dispute resolution service to assist with any contractual dispute you may have with us. This service may be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Our email address is info@russellrussell.co.uk.

We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage. If you would like to make a formal complaint, then you can read our full complaints procedure below.

Russell & Russell's family department offers advice and representation on all aspects of family law, including divorce and finances, separation, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, social services involvement, domestic abuse, change of name and children law issues, such as child contact and child relocation. All Russell & Russell's family solicitors are specialists in their field and adhere to the Resolution code of conduct. They can guide you through the complexities of family law, helping you make the right decisions to ensure you and your family's well-being.
