If there is a Will it may be necessary to obtain a legal document called a Grant of Probate that allows an Executor to distribute assets as detailed in a person's Will. If there is no Will (intestacy) it maybe necessary to obtain a legal document called a Grant of Letters of Administration that allows the next of kin to distribute assets in accordance with the Rules of Intestacy. The death of a family member is an emotional and stressful time. Our team of probate specialists can provide friendly, effective and sympathetic advice on all aspects of your loved one's affairs following their death, whether or not a Will has been made.

Robinson Allfree officially started life in 1909 with the signing of a partnership agreement between the Founder and Edward Cecil Allfree. Over the years the firm has expanded and opened offices in Broadstairs. Our present offices in Ramsgate were built during the 1840's and it was in 1897 that John Henry Robinson founded the practice at No. 23 Cavendish Street.
