Customer Testimonials

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. Dealt with our house sale quickly & efficiently. Great communication throughout - thanks!

Our purchase was not straightforward! The staff kept up the momentum over the 5 months taken (entirely the sellers fault) and it came to a satisfactory conclusion. Their professionalism (and sense of humour!) got us through! Many thanks, I would highly recommend.

I was a first time buyer when I used John M Lewis & Co. I found that when I had a query or was unsure about something, there was always some available to assist. I was kept up-to-date with progress and was overall very pleased with the service I received.

A Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal document which allows you to give someone you trust the power to make decisions on your behalf about things such as your property and financial affairs or health and welfare. There are two separate types of Lasting Power of Attorney. One deals with Property and Financial Affairs and the other deals with Health and Welfare issues. You can choose to have either or both types depending on your needs. Anyone aged 18 or over, with the capacity to do so, can make a Lasting Power of Attorney appointing one or more Attorneys to make decisions on their behalf.
