We have been through utter hell regarding my late father's estate. To be blunt, I don't like solicitors now. We have been fortunate enough to deal with Toby Crump. So much amazing advice, a real desire to help us vs billing us for the sake of it. Amazing, just amazing.
I would highly recommend these solicitors, they couldn't be more helpful and very polite, and they do a very good job.
An exceptionally effective and intelligent practice offering expert legal advice, expertise and responsiveness in order to achieve tight deadlines.
Good service when dealing with both my property purchase and my parents wills. Will use again next time I need legal services

Accident, illness or loss of a loved one is awful enough without the added pressure of dealing with a claim for compensation. We are specialists in Personal Injury claims, often pursuing complex and high value cases. All claims will be conducted by a qualified solicitor. We will meet you "face to face" and advise about various forms of funding, including "no win, no fee" agreements. In the vast majority of cases we handle, the "other side" pays our costs. If you have the benefit of existing legal expenses insurance then we will liaise with insurers on your behalf to ensure you take advantage of that cover.
We provide clear and realistic advice which is designed to safeguard your legal and financial position, whilst minimising the distress which a relationship breakdown can cause. Whilst acting for you we will pursue your interests strategically and rigorously but remain mindful that, in certain circumstances, the most successful outcomes are those voluntarily agreed between a separated couple rather than imposed by a court. We assist clients from all backgrounds including those from the farming, medical, financial, legal and business sectors and represent both high net worth individuals and those with more modest resources.
