Customer Testimonials

On very short notice Nicholas at Glazer Delmar helped us out very quickly and efficiently! I am so grateful!! Thank You so much! From the SAffa

We used Glazer Delmar to buy a house in a ridiculously tedious process but we had everything done on our side correctly and punctually, if we hadn't used Glazer Delmar it would have been even more frustrating. I found them proactive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable unlike the half-arsed, muppet solicitors our vendor was using.

I've always been impressed by the levels of customer service offered by Glazer Delmar. I've used them on a number of occasions for a variety of reasons (including residential property) and would definitely recommend them.

If you have just had a death in the family, you may be wondering what to do and how to deal with their personal affairs. Perhaps the deceased left a Will. You may be able to apply for a Grant of Representation. This gives you the legal right to deal with a person's property, money and possessions (their "estate"). A Grant of Representation is a Court Order made in the Probate Registry which authorises the executor/personal representatives to administer and distribute the assets of an estate. Apply to get a Grant of Representation - this gives you the legal right to access the person's bank accounts, investments, pension providers and deal with property.

If you have any queries or concerns about the work being carried out for you, first of all please take this up with the person dealing with your case. Do not delay raising any concern that you have. We hope that if an issue is brought to our attention, it will be resolved speedily and to your satisfaction. Michael Glazer is the firm's Client Care partner. If the person dealing with your case does not resolve your query or problem to your satisfaction, or if you would prefer to speak to someone else, then you should contact him.
