  • I would recommend this business

During what was a life changing time for me, after losing my husband, Tony Mitty was warm and kind. He gave me time to explain the initial situation, which was an extremely hard thing to do. His commitment to find out all the facts was exemplary. Even when I thought there couldn’t be another avenue to explore he went further to find more answers. My case did not result in a positive outcome. After finding all the medical facts it was concluded that nothing could have been done to change the outcome. This brought great comfort to my daughter in particular. So even though there was no case to answer the greatest result we had was closure to enable us to look to our futures.

I would like to thank Tony Mitty for his warmth and kindness and for maintaining such great professionalism over the two years we worked on this.

I can’t say enough to thank you for helping me through the process.

I would highly recommend Gadsby Wicks and Tony Mitty.

I can't think of anything that could possibly improve on the excellent service and prompt attention that my case received from the very outset nearly four years ago.

Customer Testimonials

Excellent, first class clinical negligence solicitors, who really take time to understand and build a relationship (you deal with one solicitor for the entire journey, no juniors and no call centre!), you’re treated as an individual, not a number. Hugely impressed with their expert knowledge, approach and the level of care and ownership they bring to a case. True specialists, top of their game - very highly recommended!

Alan Mendham worked for 10 years with us for our son's Medical Negligence case. He has always been very professional, kind, caring and above all friendly.
Alan build a fantastic team a Experts and the best Barrister to carry through our case.
Although it took years to settle, Alan has been a fantastic help and support throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan and his colleagues as I also know of other families that the firm has helped and made a great change to their lives.
Thank you ever so much Alan.
May Gadsby & Wicks continue to help families like ours.

It is clear from the moment you walk into Gadsby Wicks that their solicitors care and they provide an exceptional level of personal, professional support. I can't recommend them highly enough in the area of clinical negligence.

Gatsby Wicks go above and beyond to support your claim. The staff are very helpful and explained everything bit by bit. Would definitely recommend them!

The level of service I received was very good and it at times the process of the medical negligence can be overwhelming as the case is regarding a loved one who I miss dearly, but during the whole process my solicitor was respectful of my mum who sadly passed away in hospital. I was hoping this case would go to trial but the outcome is the best I think we could of hoped for.

I was always contacted if new information became available. My chances of winning my case were explained to me as new information deleleped. Any specialist reports were discussed with in person and explained so I understood them. My only criticism would be that months could go by between reports, a phone call or letter just to reassure me that things were still moving forward would of been nice. It is a stressful process and just being called would of saved me waiting for the postman each day wondering if anything had happened. I am very grateful for all the work that was done for me and my daughter. It won't change what happened, but the Financial settlement will ensure that growing up my daughter will never worry about money. There are no words to express how grateful I am for all the work you have done thank you.
