What a great service - three emails to the airline got me nowhere but just one letter from Bott & Co had them change their tune. Money in my bank account within 14 days of the airline changing their mind. Although the service is designed to be used online, I had to ring the office for a small clarification and found the staff efficient and pleasant to deal with. Although sceptical of the promises at the beginning I soon became convinced that this would be the only way to get a refund as the airline in question Small Planet was based somewhere in Eastern Europe and didn’t respond properly to our legitimate claims. Fantastic service, I filled in one short easy form to send them my claim and they did the whole thing without any further input on my part.
